Are there any custom and/or import duties added to the purchase?

No additional fees or taxes are applied for orders within the EU and USA. For other countries, customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination, and any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and others.) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Discover, Shop Pay, Paypal, Klarna.

How long will it take to get my order?

The majority of orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Please note that during holiday season shipping takes longer than usual, our current estimate is 5 to 10 business days. Check individual product status and processing time on the product page. Once the order is ready, it will be immediately shipped to your destination. For more information about shipping, please read our Shipping Policy.

What’s the status of my order?

The easiest way to check the status of your order is by setting up a user account. This allows you to log in and see your order fulfillment status, your order history, save addresses, and more. You can also track the shipping of your order via our Order Tracking page.
