TAXES AND CUSTOMS

General Information

Please note that we have no control over, and cannot predict, customs charges or import duties which vary from country to country. If unsure, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Sales Taxes & VAT

  • USA & Other Countries: Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes at delivery.
  • Canada: We collect Federal and Provincial taxes and remit to local authorities.
  • United Kingdom: We collect VAT for orders up to £135 and remit it to local authorities. Orders above £135 may incur additional duties and taxes payable by the customer.
  • Australia: Customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • New Zealand: We do NOT collect GST. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at delivery.
  • European Union: VAT is included in the price for all EU countries and remitted to local tax authorities.

All products are manufactured and shipped from Lithuania.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Each item is handcrafted specifically for you, individually cut, sewn, and double-washed before shipping. Our production process requires attention and time, ensuring each product's uniqueness and quality.

Please allow additional production time before shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Methods

  • National Registered Post: Tracking availability varies by country.
  • DHL or FedEx Express (additional charges apply): Faster and reliable with full tracking provided. Cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Timelines

  • National Post:
    • Europe: 3–10 days
    • Non-European Countries: 10–20 days
  • Express Courier (DHL or FedEx):
    • Typically delivered within 2–5 days worldwide.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and beyond our control once the shipment leaves our facility.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Note that FedEx or DHL might not deliver to PO Boxes; please select National Post if shipping to a PO Box.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 14 hours of placement by contacting us at help@sonfre.com. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Customized, sale, or donation items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Shipping charges for returned or uncollected items are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for shipping damages or losses.
