We gladly accept returns within 14 days, and order exchanges and cancellations within 14 hours.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 hours of placing your order at help@sonfre.com. Orders cannot be canceled once items have been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@sonfre.com.
- Wait for our response before shipping the item back.
- Once confirmed via email, please ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized items (unless damaged or defective)
- "DONATION" or "SALE" items (non-exchangeable and non-refundable)
- Gift cards
- Retroactive application of sales discounts
Conditions of Return
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Lithuania.
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
- We do not refund return shipping fees.
- We do not refund shipping costs for uncollected items.
- We are not responsible for damages or losses during return shipping.
- We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Responsible and Sustainable Purchase
We strive to describe and photograph our items accurately. Please carefully read item descriptions and reach out with questions before ordering. While we aim for accurate color representation, display settings, printing methods, and device resolutions may affect appearance.
If you are not satisfied, please inform us—we will do our best to resolve the issue. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (beyond trying on). Labels and tags must remain intact.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at help@sonfre.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly resolve the issue.
